1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BookContainerHouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Platform Services
BookContainerHouse provides a 3D customization platform for container houses, connecting customers with dealers. We do not manufacture or sell container houses directly.
The platform provides the following services:
- 3D Customization: Interactive 3D container house design and configuration tools.
- Dealer Connection: Matching customers with authorized container house dealers worldwide.
- Dealer Storefronts: Each dealer operates their own storefront with independent pricing and availability.
- Educational Content: Training academy, blog, and community resources.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کے تحت ہونے والی تمام سرگرمیوں کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔
- آپ کو اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی اسناد تیسرے فریق کے ساتھ شیئر نہیں کرنی چاہییں۔
- اکاؤنٹ تک کسی بھی غیر مجاز رسائی کی فوری اطلاع ہمیں دیں۔
- ہم ان اکاؤنٹس کو معطل یا ختم کرنے کا حق رکھتے ہیں جو ان شرائط کی خلاف ورزی کریں۔
4. Dealer Terms
Dealers must provide accurate information about their business, products, and pricing. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts.
- ڈیلروں کو درست کاروباری معلومات، مصنوعات کی تفصیل اور قیمت فراہم کرنا ہوگی۔
- آرڈرز پورے کرنے اور صارفین کے سوالات سنبھالنے کی ذمہ داری ڈیلروں پر ہے۔
- The platform charges a commission on transactions processed through dealer storefronts (see Dealer Agreement for details).
- ڈیلروں کو مصنوعات کی حفاظت اور صارف کے تحفظ سے متعلق تمام قابل اطلاق مقامی قوانین اور ضوابط کی پابندی کرنا ہوگی۔
- پلیٹ فارم ڈیلر کی سرگرمی کا جائزہ لینے اور غیر موافق فہرستیں ہٹانے کا حق رکھتا ہے۔
5. Intellectual Property
BookContainerHouse, the platform, its design system, 3D engine, and all original content are the exclusive property of BookContainerHouse. Users retain ownership of their design configurations. Dealers retain ownership of their product listings, images, and storefront content. By uploading content, you grant the platform a limited license to display and distribute that content through the platform's services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- کسی غیر قانونی یا غیر مجاز مقصد کے لیے پلیٹ فارم استعمال کرنا۔
- نقصان دہ کوڈ یا میل ویئر اپ لوڈ کرنا یا پلیٹ فارم کی حفاظت متاثر کرنے کی کوشش کرنا۔
- تحریری اجازت کے بغیر پلیٹ فارم کا ڈیٹا اخذ، جمع یا بڑی مقدار میں ڈاؤن لوڈ کرنا۔
- دوسرے صارفین، ڈیلروں یا پلیٹ فارم عملے کی نقالی کرنا۔
- اسپیم یا غیر مطلوب تجارتی پیغامات بھیجنے کے لیے پلیٹ فارم استعمال کرنا۔
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the 3D customizer or other platform features.
5. Limitation of Liability
BookContainerHouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ہم صارفین اور ڈیلروں کے درمیان تنازعات کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہیں۔
- ہم ڈیلروں کی فراہم کردہ معلومات، قیمت یا مصنوعات کی خصوصیات کی درستگی کی ضمانت نہیں دیتے۔
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses arising from the use of the 3D customizer, including design inaccuracies.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Dealer accounts are governed by the separate Dealer Agreement which specifies additional termination conditions and notice periods.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Users may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of account creation.
