1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BookContainerHouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Platform Services

BookContainerHouse provides a 3D customization platform for container houses, connecting customers with dealers. We do not manufacture or sell container houses directly.

The platform provides the following services:

3D Customization: Interactive 3D container house design and configuration tools.
Dealer Connection: Matching customers with authorized container house dealers worldwide.
Dealer Storefronts: Each dealer operates their own storefront with independent pricing and availability.
Educational Content: Training academy, blog, and community resources.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
आपके खाते में होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं।
आपको अपने खाते के क्रेडेंशियल तीसरे पक्ष के साथ साझा नहीं करने चाहिए।
खाते में किसी भी अनधिकृत पहुँच की सूचना हमें तुरंत दें।

4. Dealer Terms

Dealers must provide accurate information about their business, products, and pricing. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts.

डीलरों को सटीक व्यवसाय जानकारी, उत्पाद विवरण और मूल्य प्रदान करने होंगे।
ऑर्डर पूरा करने और ग्राहक पूछताछ संभालने की जिम्मेदारी डीलरों की है।
The platform charges a commission on transactions processed through dealer storefronts (see Dealer Agreement for details).
डीलरों को उत्पाद सुरक्षा और उपभोक्ता संरक्षण से जुड़े सभी लागू स्थानीय कानूनों और नियमों का पालन करना होगा।
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को डीलर गतिविधि की जाँच करने और अनुपालन न करने वाली सूची हटाने का अधिकार है।

5. Intellectual Property

BookContainerHouse, the platform, its design system, 3D engine, and all original content are the exclusive property of BookContainerHouse. Users retain ownership of their design configurations. Dealers retain ownership of their product listings, images, and storefront content. By uploading content, you grant the platform a limited license to display and distribute that content through the platform's services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

किसी अवैध या अनधिकृत उद्देश्य के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करना।
दुर्भावनापूर्ण कोड या मैलवेयर अपलोड करना अथवा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सुरक्षा से समझौता करने का प्रयास करना।
लिखित अनुमति के बिना प्लेटफ़ॉर्म डेटा को स्क्रैप, एकत्र या बड़ी मात्रा में डाउनलोड करना।
अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं, डीलरों या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म कर्मचारियों का रूप धारण करना।
स्पैम या अनचाहे व्यावसायिक संदेश भेजने के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करना।
Interfere with the proper functioning of the 3D customizer or other platform features.

5. Limitation of Liability

BookContainerHouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

हम डीलर द्वारा दी गई जानकारी, मूल्य या उत्पाद विनिर्देशों की सटीकता की गारंटी नहीं देते।
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses arising from the use of the 3D customizer, including design inaccuracies.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Dealer accounts are governed by the separate Dealer Agreement which specifies additional termination conditions and notice periods.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Users may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of account creation.
